A proposal from Johannes that was as well in my ToDo list ☑️. I got the proposal one week in advance and I could not resist if conditions were good enough.
I knew more or less the numbers and I had a track but I did not check the details 😅. Then I learnt 👨🏫 on the way ... that there is no water in between. I had 1.5L capacity and at least I came prepared with sandwiches 🥪🥪🥪 and gels.
We started shortly before 7 and I used the headlamp 🔦 on the forest for 15 min. Without we would have survived... but since I had it...
It was cold 🥶... about 4°C when we left the car and it kept cold most of the way up... but luckliy the effort of going up ⬆️⬆️ quickly warmed us up.
Our first peak was Selun. The longest climb with almost 1300m up ⬆️⬆️. We made it to the top in less than 2 hours. We felt quite good and at the end was some wind without sun and frozen ground it felt really cold 🥶🥶. Arriving to the top we got the first sun beams ☀️ and felt much better. That peak is quite gradual. The most gradual from all 😄.
